Laughter Yoga!

Glory Days will be hosting the LAUGH OUT LOUD WELLNESS program on Thursday, March 6th at 1:00 pm. Laugh Out Loud Wellness is a program that incorporates Laughter Yoga, Kinesiology and Reflexology. It focuses on the Yoga Breath and breathing, stretching exercises of Yoga and the release of air and toxins through simulated laughter and clapping to create joy. Movements are done seated in a chair. Sessions are facilitated by Carolyn Finch a Licensed and certified Health Care Practitioner with a Medical background in Speech/Language Pathology, Brain Gym, Vision Therapy and Nutrition. Programs are tailored for individuals with dementia. The fee is $7.00 and free to clients of Glory Days Adult Day Center. Please RSVP to Emily at 203-405-6223. Seating is limited. 576 Main Street North, Southbury.
